Hand to Hands along with International Qur'anic Open University (IQOU) offers aid and
relief to victims of natural disasters in the USA and abroad. HTH sponsors The
American Muslim Medical Relief Team in their efforts to help all of mankind
regardless of gender, race, or religion worldwide

Food & Clothing Assistance. Our clothing assistance program is designed to provide men, women and children with the appropriate attire to meet seasonal and societal needs. We offer a comfortable and welcoming environment for community members to gather those items needed, which ensures they are treated in a dignified and respectable manner. While providing the basic needs of those less fortunate, we seek to maintain the utmost in professionalism and in no way compromise the self-respect of our clients.

Educational Programs.
Hand to Hands ensures that individuals receive quality education both Islamic and Secular.
Hand to Hands organizes seminars, classes, and produces literature designed to promote health and fitness, hygiene, home economics, Islamic etiquette, and parenting skills.

Future Hand to Hands Social Services Programs
Fatimah’s Light House™, will be a full service facility designed to support women fleeing abusive or homeless environments. Fatimah’s Light House ™ will be an alternative to the traditional women’s shelter. Our facility is run by Muslim women, for women and their children, irrespective of religious affiliation. Just as the lighthouse was invented to guide lost ships to a safe harbor, Fatimah’s Light House™ will be prepared to serve as the beacon of hope to women in need.
Employment and Small Business Development. The Employment and Small Business component of Hand to Hands provides the community with resume services; job search assistance; career counseling; and interviewing skills. It also identifies modest job opportunities for Muslim women and assists with small business development and networking.
